It is a great hotel. Quite modern and clean. It is really confortable. Its rooms are new and the beds are great!

What a pleasure to be here. High end and that's about everything not only your pocket. U get what u pay for. Has nice shuttle service so no disadvantage of being away from City center. It can absorb u for few days, without an urge to move out. Superb place. In ur life u can find an idiot every where. Pl don't look for him ;)

Great place to stay, nice swimming pool, beautiful view of the lake. The staff and the room is perfect. Breakfast with a lot of options. I recommend it.

Very Nice room service, the employees are helpful all the time, the swiming pool area is awesome, the bar and the restaurant were delicious. I recomend it for sure

On my first stay on Royal Tullip, I was amazed with everything since the check in. There's this messager who takes us to the room and explains everything about the hotel. They have pool services which you don't even have to bother taking your towel, a waiter will get it for you while you chill at the pool. The room is amazing, although there's no kitchen. The items on the bar are expensive, but that's "ok?" for a very luxury hotel. They have bathtubs on every room and the view of the lake is breathtaking.
As I said, my fisrt was perfect, I strongly recommended this hotel for all of my friends and family. But, my second stay this last weekend was completely disappointing (btw, the taxes were higher then the first time I went). This time, there was no messager tanking me to the room, I had to wait for the valet parking everytime I arrived. Talking about my arrival, I got at the hotel about 5pm and checked my minibar. It wasn't cooling, but i thought it was normal because I had just turn on the power of the room. So I asked for a pizza and a coke from the room service. I ate and asked them to take the plate from the room while I was leaving to buy some supplies. Bougth some beverages and came back to the hotel. For my surprise, the plate was still there and the minibar still wasn't working. I called the maintanence and they said they would send someone immediately(this was arround 9pm). And about the plate, they said that the waiter can't get in my room while i'm not there. So I left the plate outside and asked them to come take it. I waited the maintanence till 10pm and they didn't come. So I left to a party. I came back to my room arround 2am and the plate was still there haha.. And, guess what? My minibar wasn't working!! I called the maintanance again, this time they came, told me it was turned off and they would get other one that was already cooled (the plate was still there). They did'nt bring the other minibar, instead they brought a ice bucket LOL. I had like 3 six pack beers and a bottle of whisky. What was I supposed to do with a ice bucket? BTW I had milk, foods, and a bottle coke to put on the minibar. I went to sleep and when I woke up, the plate was finaly gone, but the minibar (that he said was only turned off), still wasn't working. I had to eat and drink everything warm. This is my story and I don't know if i'm ever coming back because this is unacceptable for what they charge a stay.
