O restaurante oferece uma gama de variedades de alimentos no sistema self-service por quilo. O preço é um pouco salgado e as carnes principais do churrasco acabam em determinado horário.

We've lived in Brasilia for three years, and once we discovered Fogao de Pedra, we stopped going anywhere else. I love the huge variety of options, especially all the vegetables and salad bar. I rarely get meat! We go almost every weekend. The lemonade is the best I have had in Brasilia. The prices per kilo have gone up at least twice, but that's inflation. it's still the best meal. My lunch is usually about 25 reais.
