Imagine a 3* from Europe with a big and dangerous Favela on the other side of the street. The hotel is far to be a 5*

The entrance was not welcome what’s so ever, very dark I book from the airport base on Vila Gale rates, and I was very disappointed with my room 1023 on the 1st floor the shower was extremely dirty with soap stain all over my shower area, the floor was sticky. So I ask the receptionist about the hotel if was from the Same Vila Galé Hotels in Bahia and her excuse was this is a hotel not a resort. Wow what great Customer Service response. Never come back on this unit again, next time I need to book my self on the resort if I want receive Vila Galé quality
