Lots of great local craft beers. Most of the beers are American IPA, but they have others too.

Good service, good selection. Bartenders are knowledgeable but waiters seldom are. Look for special events or beer releases, they do a good job with those.
Food is good, but not remarkable. You go for the beer and the view. Close enough to Padre Chaga to be a good part of your tour of the area. If you're staying at the Sheraton, it's only a few short blocks away.
