TODO o processo é bagunçado. Os operadores de balcão não são treinados pela sua gerência. Os rapazes da entrega/avaliação são muito ágeis e práticos. De resto, sempre haverá um erro no procedimento administrativo interno.

Péssimo atendimento. Não tem carros disponíveis. É caro , e o lugar tem uma grama na frente do escritório que você tem que cuidar para não desaparecer. Parece que faz um ano que não cortam .Quase não acreditei que estava no lugar certo . horrível.

We rented a car at the aiport of porto alegre and the service was just horrible. When we arrived at the airport we went to the desk of the enterprise and were told we have to go to the front of the airport with no further instructions. Nobody from the company was waiting there for the customers for advicing them what will happen and were we can get the car. After a while a bus from the company arrived so we combined that there is a shuttle going from the airport to where the company is located. The bus was completely crowded with people and some could not even get a seat in the bus anymore and therefore had to wait even longer. When we arrived there already where many people waiting in front of the only 2 existing desks. It took around 30 mins until we got the documents and the woman told us we have to wait until our number gets called. When we got out the number they called was 26 - ours was 40...
The organisation was a complete mess. Nobody cared about the customers, the service personal was running around surching for cars they could not find directly, discussing with the upset customers and not getting any new cars for handing it in to the customer and doing the final check for quite a while while doing other stuff like talking to the cleasing personal, other employees and looking stresses and confused. After around 2h we finally got our car (which was supposed to be rented for a daytrip only) so we missed 2 hours for our trip which we also had to pay for!!! And when the employee checked the car another employee drove with high speed direclty trough a puddle so our clothes were completly wet and dirty and all we got was a "sorry".
When we left the queue was already even longer with around 20 people just waiting for doing the payment and around 15 more waiting for the car. This was the worst service we ever got and we also left a very bad evaluation when we left after we dropped off the car. We would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
