Quero agradecer o péssimo atendimento que recebi do funcionário Drumont que me fez desisitr da locação e procurar as lojas da concorrência. Encontrei a Movidas. Muito mais barato, atendimento nota dez e um carro muuuuito melhor. Não fosse beneficiado pela incopetência da empresa jamais teria encotrado uma opção muiito mais vantajosa e logo ao lado. Tive de rir quando a Hertz disse que ia cobrar uma taxa se o carro não fosse devolvido limpo.

Crappie cars, 3 rd time and 3rd disappointment.
I'm a Gold member of Hertz so I gave it one more chance.
But I'm not renting again!!!
The car us really in bad shape and the service is not good.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. impossibly long queues at the office. Not a single word in English.Misleading tariff. Out of hours drop off is suicidal, DO NOT do it if you care about your life.

The staff here were very friendly in spite of my poor Portuguese. I don't know how well you'd get on in English, but I assume it would be difficult.
