I prefer this location to its sister on Ave. Paulista. It is a little further away, but way quieter and safer if you want to be out and about at night

If you don´t like people smoking in the room right next to yours. If you don´t like place that smells like old cigarette (they leave cigarettes in some kind of bucket with water that makes the whole place smells weird). And, mostly, if you have issues sharing room with noise people, that chat on your door for up to three straight hours during late night, and mostly,if you have business to do in São Paulo, just don´t go there.
The place is more like a Fraternity and nothing of a Hostel. If you are young with no money and time, try it, if you are a little older and out of patiance, go for another hostel.
It´s very well located but you got to be a lot younger and easy going to deal with this hostel´s structure. And, yes, São Paulo do have better hostels to offer. thank God.

Very nice place, great staff, lovely rooms but very thin walls so that any conversation from adjacent rooms can be listened. Also bathroom could be better...Over all very good deal for money!!!

Normaly I don´t write reviews but this hostel is worth to mention. I´m a 2 meter long traveler and I found myself blessed running into the 3Dogs Hostel in Sao Paolo! The whole place is shaped on convenience. Not expensive, nice staff and above all clean. But best of all are the extra long beds!!! The hostel is situated in a really nice area right next to the metro and atracts a good mix of locals and travelers. I found myself really lucky to run into this supernice startup! Gave me a good pit-stop for futher travels. A tucked away jewel!
