I made a booking there but I had to cancel it because I missed my airplane. So I sent them an email and they told me they will cancel the booking. So they did and the booking disappeared out of the list in my app. However, they charged me the whole price from my bank account even though I never had checked in!!!

Amazing breakfast, super clean rooms/beds, huge chillout area, sweet receptionists. The 12 dollar dormbed is absolutely worth it!
