Terrible staff and management. Always changing times of screenings and staff so rude and unwilling. Rua Augusta has much better cinemas. I have tried far to many times with this terribly run place!!!

Buy the tickets online and you'll be fine!
The cinema is physically fine, not the best sound or picture and not the worst. Decent seats, cool and air conditioned. It's often crowded for its small size.
The staff are terrible, last time their card reader wouldn't register the itau bank card which gives a good discount on their pricey ticket. This kind of technical problem happens, but the service there seems to be to ignore the problem and give no recourse with a s*** eating grin on your face as you repeat the price. The manager didn't care, and didn't seem to know the steps to avoid such problem, which is worse.

Big clean modern theater, with current English language Hollywood films. Comfy seats, lots of dessert and snack options, nicely done. Sadly they only offer 1-2 beers, no wine at all.
