Pretty grim. The service was really great - all smiles, but my god, the food was the worst! The menu is huge! Everything from 'traditional' Bulgarian to French classics. We had a random mix, Italian, French and Bulgarian. Bar the sautéed potatoes, all were inedible. Mictowaved rubbish. It was sent back uneaten and paid for in full to save the argument. There's plenty nice restaurants in Bansko including one of a very similar name. Don't waste your time.

Average food. Do not try to order soup first, they'll be affraid that you'll not order main dish :)

Nice location with friendly service. The portions are very big for a single person. The traditional meals taste really good. Tipp: Try Boccha, a round bread filled with meat and vegetables.
