Nice views, decent drinks and desserts, not so much can be said about the service. The waitress told us that card payment was no longer possible and that she didn't have enough change to give us, she was waiting for us to offer a solution or the necessary change. After a while she gave in and asked another employee for change so that we wouldn't have to go find another ATM (that was the reason we had those 20 leva bills in the first place)
