The hotel definetly dont deserve his 4 stars. The room was filty with mold and rust. The food almost same every day. Is the only hotel i ever been where the staff never great you or smile. No "good morning" no smile nothing,they were working like robots. Probably they work long shifts. Overall was lets say...ok.

The Hotel was very clean and all the staffs was very kind,food was great ,the view of the jungle it was amazing ,the only problem we had there is elevators their not works well😞
