nobody from the room service speaks english, totally arrogant and mean barmans at the bar, when i got my room there was 1 chair on the balcony and when i was leaving the so called "hotel" theyve told me that there were supposed to be 2 chairs so i need to pay 60BGN for that. Food is so disgusting that i need to go to the city to eat something. Everybody shouts at the corridor in the middle of the night, beds are extremely uncomfortable and the equipment of the rooms is like from the 80's. I will never come here again and i advise you not to do that neither.

➕ PLUS
- The hotel is 10 meters away from the beach
- The food for all inclusive packages is very good and varied
- There are a lot of events and a very active animation team
- Rooms are quite big
- All the staff is nice and helpful
- Compared to the rest of Golden Sands this area is quiet ( the majority of the tourists are old people)
- You have access to a kids pool with water slides which is ~ 100 meters away from the Hotel
- You have access to a beach bar which opens at 10 AM and allows you to get drinks directly on the beach
➖ MINUS
- Rooms are very old ( furniture, carpets, minibar, air conditioning system)
- Our rooms were on the last floor (7/7 - 741 743 730) and it was so hot that we could not sleep as the air conditioning was not effective
- We had a LOT of ants in the room even if we did not have any food to attract them. There were ants everywhere including the bathroom and the balcony
- One of the days it rained and the balcony was completely flooded since the drain was clogged
- Soft drinks are quite diluted, and the beer is not that good but they are still drinkable compared to other locations in Golden Sands
- We could never find free places at the outdoor pool
- There was no ice cream available in the restaurant, only at the beach buffet which opened at 12:00 and closed at 5:00 PM
All in all I would recommend the hotel provided you do not get a room at the last floor. I understand that some of the rooms have been renovated and are much nicer.

My parents went there for holidays with TUI. The rooms were just above the kitchen, so wake-up was at 5 AM. No piece, just noise from the kitchen, clinking of cutlery and plates, smell of cigarettes and fumes of trucks delivering stuff all around the clock. My parents came more tired from the stay than they were before
