One of the biggest hotels in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. There are renovated and non renovated rooms. I happened to be in non renovated room on the 18 th floor. Oustanding view, but the room was in 90s condition, but clean. The new matrass was a plesant surprise! :)

The rooms are quite old and need renovation. Breakfast is sub-par for a 4-star. Staff are nice though.
