We made reservation for 3 cars and on the day we waited, 14 people, in front of the office for one and a half hour, but nobody showed up! We called like 15 times, nobody picked up the phone, only once someone picked up on one of the numbers, told us we should call his colleague and didn't pick up the phone anymore!
I have never ever met more unprofessional people, they wasted the time and nerves of 14 people!
