In one word, terrible. It was the worst hotel where we stayed during our trip in Cambodia!
First of all, the restaurant wasn't clean at all. The floor was disgusting, the walls should have a new fresh painting and the table clothes were full of stains. The buffet for the breakfast was very poor and the presentation very bad (plastic film on the plates..). The worst thing was that there was a lot of waiters in the restaurant but they weren't doing anything.
Then, the room was comfortable but the bed sheets weren't clean and when the neighbours took their shower upstairs, it rained inside the room..
Finally, the hotel had a swimming pool but just next to a building in construction. So besides the noise, the view wasn't great to have a break..
In conclusion, we advise you to choose another hotel and run!

It's the best boutique in Sihanouk vill with the best price. For the breakfast is very nice they set like buffet. Many foods and drinks we can taste.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't that good as on the pictures. Some parts of the building are broke down.
The staff is friendly, but most of them don't speak English.
I don't say that is bad hotel but definitely worth to check the room and hotel before you pay.
