One of the best state-run Universities in Cambodia. Though it's state-owned, there are also paid classes for anyone who can't get scholarship.

Lecturers have at least 10 to 20 years of experience lecturing the Economic and Law. Please feel free to come to this university if you want to study deeply and gain best understanding in either law or economics. From what I have studied there for a year, the books for learning in each subject or course are published by the school itself ; that means this university doesn't just buy books from simply outside bookshops.

Because this place is The Royal University of Law and Economice. I was study since year 2006. I has finish bachelor of Law. Major is Public Law.

Considered as one of the country's renowned law schools, RULE has produced a large pool of law graduates who are now working for the government as well as NGOs and the private sector. It's public university, offering both BA and MA programs. The campus isn't very big and doesn't have any pond or many trees to beautify it. An entertainment/night club is just next to it.
