Very good environment with green planting almost all over the university master plan. The building design concept by Mr. Vann Molyvann the famous architect in Cambodia. there are also corridor cones to form building to building.
Relaxing over here on weekend is very good with fresh air.

RUPP University, the best architectural building, with large landscapes, pond. I feels like I'm in peace and relax with the fresh air.

RUPP is located on three spacious campuses. The main campus lies roughly five kilometers from the center of Phnom Penh. Adjoining the main campus is the Institute of Foreign Languages, which boasts peaceful landscaping features alongside its modern architecture. Roughly one kilometer further from town lies RUPP Campus II, in which the departments of History, Sociology and Philosophy reside.

Extension campus of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, this is known as RUPP Campus 2. Large and usually not many students are seen studying here. Gardens were as those being abandoned. More people should need to take care of the grasses and flowers.
