I got a tendinitis on my shoulder. I went through massage therapy and chiropractic in other practitioners, but none of them helped. I am seeing Cynthia physiotherapist in Glenn Mountain Physio. She is awesome and professional, also teaches me how to do some exercises at home to help recovering. I am very thankful and highly recommend.

My physiotherapist was Amazing ! Very cautious wiith my shoulder after surgury . The staff became like family... great people ! Im now in an intensive back to work progam and they were impressed with my progress when I arrived.

Highly recommend the treatment here. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They modify the therapy to you specifically.

I have alot of experience with disability. and have been around many of physio therapist. Most are pretty pleasurable and helpful to your injury. However, at this clinic, my experience was very unusual and unsatisfactory.
The most importance was the lack of help with my injury. After 210 Dollars, I was no where further in a diagnosis or a had no clear treatment plan, he would just say "come back in two or three days." When there, he would tell me that he was gonna give me an exercise that i would have to do for the rest of my life, with no follow through (still don't know what that is) The exercises that he got me to do there, was on equipment that i didnt have at home. When I tried to discuss that i was unclear to where my treatment was going, he put me on the bike for ten minutes, I was there for tennis elbow, so this seemed a bit strange to me. He then did no treatment (heat,ultrasound), gave me a flyer of info that i could work on home (common practice) and told if it still bothered me in two weeks come back. Are you surprised i didnt go back.
In my sessions, I found the information the therapist gave me in regards to what he didn't like about about his front staff was highly unprofessional and breach of trust of his co-workers/employees.
The last thing I thought was an strange practice was paying before i got my treatment. I have been to many places, and even worked in a wellness center for a short time with a naturopath, massage therapists and chiropractor and none of them had this practice.
Needless to say I would not recommend this place at all.
