The service is great, the price... Not so much. We were charged over $200 for a small bottle of eye drops and one hour of the vet's time. Absolutely thievery. But they do know what they're doing. Just pray your animal never gets sick, or you'll pay an arm and a leg for it.

It's a bit more expensive than my other vet I used to go to. But the vets here speak perfect English, don't keep you waiting for half hour and is so clean and professional. I know even my animals feel safer coming in.

Booked the wrong appointment type and we had to reschedule the day of. Kept trying to call back to speak to the dr. about test results and a plan and kept being told he's in an appointment and they don't know what he wanted to discuss so we will have to try again.
Staff were very nice, especially the receptionist. Just more hassle than it's worth.

The best animal hospital for your pets in Abbotsford. Friendly staff. Very clean. Beautiful building. They have a separate waiting area for cats and small animals so they aren't stressed by dogs. I think that they considered that as a factor when creating their building says a lot about how they feel about animals. I've only had positive experiences in this building. If you talk to people out and about or at the dog park, you hear great things about them. I take my dog for physio with Susan. She's very kind, patient and you can tell she loves her job and animals.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took great care of my dog when she split her foot open on Friday and needed stitches. We bring all our pets (bird, cats, dogs) here for their shots, check ups and anything that ails them. I highly recommend Coastal Rivers.
