over priced and my cat came back with bad busing from them not doing AV right! go to any other place in abbotsford but them! i think you cat or dog would have a better time trying to survive a wound on the street then at this place! would give them 0 stars if i could!

I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with them. I took one of my cats there because she was acting weird and I thought she might be sick or something and because she is my daughters cat my daughter pushed me to take her to the vet to get looked at just to be safe, which I agreed with. So we took her cat there and they said they wanted to keep her overnight because they wanted to run tests on her. Then they wanted a $250. Deposit. The next day we went and picked her up with a balanced bill of $375 for a total of $625. For a one night stay. All of her tests came back negative, so there was nothing wrong with her. My daughter went in the back at the vets to see how her cat was doing and when she did her cat was crawled up in a corner scared like you wouldn't believe with her neck shaved, part of her paw shaved and she had a ton of IVs in her. When there was nothing wrong with her! Not to mention they charged us through the nose to do things that weren't even necessary. They tortured my daughters cat. And the whole time her cat was at the vet my daughter wouldn't stop crying. She's 13. That hurt her so much that someone could do that. She loves her cats more than she loves most people.
I would not recommend this vet at all.

Wonderful service! The vet called me personally following up after my cat had surgery. I have been going to this clinic for almost 3 years for my cats and dog. I am impressed with the straightforward nature of the vet and his friendly staff. The prices are comparable, and the Vet is knowledgeable. The office is small and there is only the one Vet, but I imagine that keeps the costs down for the customer. I would recommend South Fraser Animal Hospital to my friends.
Wonderful service! The vet called me personally following up after my cat had surgery. I have been going to this clinic for almost 3 years for my cats and dog. I am impressed with the straightforward nature of the vet and his friendly staff. The prices are comparable, and the Vet is knowledgeable. The office is small and there is only the one Vet, but I imagine that keeps the costs down for the customer. I would recommend South Fraser Animal Hospital to my friends.

And that is not a plus star Keep all your receipts this place tries to double charge you for procedures that you paid for already very poor Staffing ability at this Hospital only in it to make their buck

I was not impressed when I first got to the front door in the morning. It was not busy at all, the receptionist gave me a 'registration form' to fill out, and it was such a bad copy that I could hardly see anything. My first thought was to walk out as I felt that there was a great lack of pride. Anyway, I left my dog there to be spayed. When my husband and I picked her up at the end of the day, the vet was sitting at the front desk alone, there were no one else. When I saw my dog, I almost got in tears, she was covered with iodine that he didn't bother to clean up, and then I saw that her incision was opened. So we had to get our doggy on a table, rolled her over and hold you so he could fix it. This vet doesn't use stitches, but glue like in the war. It worked but I was afraid it would open again. And again, there were no other animals in care. The vet said that she didn't need any antibiotics or painkillers as he gave her an injection that last 24 hours. Anyway, I will not go back to this vet clinic.
