The receptionist is rude every single time I’ve been there. The last time I had asked if they had called my name yet and she told me to go sit down. Very unprofessional and she should not be in the health services field.

Some of their doctors are far away from real professionals. A doctor prescribed a CT procedure for a patient with hypothyroidism, which is contraindication

Nurse at the desk shockingly rude. He started repeating thank you inmy face so I would leave after the clinic closed 2 hours before closing and I arrived slightly after that. He tells me to go to the other clinic closing even sooner. Which would clearly also be closed which is all I said to him. Nice treatment to your fellow health professional ! As a paramedic I wouldn't ever be that rude to any patient and Trust me I've been screamed at spit on punched many a times. That still doesn't mean I should be disrespectful. This young guy has gotta go.

I like the staff there, very polite and kind and efficient - like German engineering efficient. Also, if they know it's going to be a long wait they are honest about it and they don't' mind if you leave and come back. I've had a lot of places in the past be snots about such things so I really appreciate this, it drastically cuts down on the number of people sitting in the waiting room.

The last time I was here The wait was long but faster than most clinics! They referred me to the hospital and help me get there. The doctors are polite and respectful. I got the best support from them and now I feel better! I highly recommend this clinic if you want professional hands on help and information.
