Bikram Yoga Barrie- definitely the best in Barrie! Considering I hated yoga when I started, they did a good job keeping me hooked. Great workouts that heal your body with just the right amount of yoga fluff. All of the staff are awesome!

I love BYB! The space is beautiful and peaceful. The staff are all welcoming & supportive. Some classes are more challenging than others but the best thing to do is keep going :)

So awesome! Check out the Friday evening Mashup class. Great Playlist!!!. Super welcoming and inclusive space for newbies but also lots of development and challenges for more advanced students. There is a reason this studio has a 5/5 Google rating :)

Excellent studio with very friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Everyone is made to feel welcome. I am greeted by name each time I go for practice. Very relaxed and positive atmosphere at this studio. Highly recommend!
