Prices are very reasonable staff is mostly friendly I've had a few visits that weren't very enjoyable I've had a few visits where I've had to send my steak back a few times to get cooked better but overall the food is fairly good and the prices are very cheap

My wife and myself have been going since day 1. Never have I ever been treated the way we were this time. From being seated to being served. It's to bad cause I always talked highly of this place to others. But after tonight I doubt we will ever return. It's to bad to see a place once make you feel welcome to not caring. "From honest to goodness"

Not a good experience on my birthday last Thursday nothing was good but the nice waitress all our well done cowboy steaks were cooked right then the bills were also not done right and I could go on

Disappointing. Had a bad first experience a year ago and thought I would give it another go, but I quickly learned nothing had changed. I'm a vegetarian and asked for my meal without bacon - it came covered in it. Some of our drink orders never arrived, and we waited over 40 minutes for our waitress to notice we were done and bring us the bill. Wouldn't recommend!

We booked the party room for a friend's going away well in advance. The waitress was awful, service wasn't great and when we tried to complain the waitress that we had cut our party off 2 drinks in because she she couldn't handle doing her job. 45 minutes between drink orders and wouldn't let anyone get their own from the bar. Food was twice aslong... this was on a wednesday night! Eventually able to talk to management who gave a very poor apology, however by this time all 15 of us were unimpressed enough to leave an go elsewhere. Thanks for making the last time we'd all see a close friend so terrible! Wouldn't recommend for any sort of large party! Take your money elsewhere!
