I couldn't believe it when my son that my son called on a Friday morning that he had a cracked tooth and that it was painful enough that he couldn't sleep that they couldn't see him until Monday. This is considered by definition a dental emergency. Perhaps the receptionist didn't understand this but I am very disappointed since this office has provided our dental care for decades.
Luckily my son found another dental office that provided emergency care.

Dr. Ramy Mondsur is terrible. He never took care of my teeth and I had lots of problems. He is rude and stands far back when he examines your teeth. Like you're dirt. Don't go there. He made me cry. I've moved on and so glad. Beware!!!!!!

Ive been going to this office for awhile now And find the staff friendly and make me feel quite comfortable, however, every filling I have gotten has fallen out. Not impressed.

Thank you very much Dr. Janaby & Megan, I think that was her name. They made sure I didn't have any anxiety & pain. I will never go to another Dentist Dr. Janaby is the best there is.. Also he is always happy & laughing... (without the laughing gas). I am still a chicken...
