Very fast service...doctor not so gr8 seemed like she was rushing didn't care to look at baby rash. The pharmacist was excellent...reasonable prices for over counter product's way cheaper than shoppers drug mart free 2018 calendars

VERY fast clinic that gets you in and out quickly even when its full. I prefer the female doctor as she tends to spend more time to listen to concerns or offer more of an explanation. Clean and great service. The pharmacy inside is super fast, offers discount and much cheaper than bigger name pharmacies. Thanks Brant West

I walking in at 9:58 with over 10 people in line ahead of me. As this clinic doesn't open until 10am I thought it was nice that they were seating people and arranging appointments. I was only in here for a total 50 minutes. In that 50 minutes this clinic helped me plus appx 15 other people and I had my prescription filled. I have never had such amazing service at a walk-in clinic and an added bonus was the interior was nicely designed and welcoming.

I have never had such amazing service at a walk-in clinic and an added bonus was the interior was nicely designed and welcoming.

Went twice for my toddler son on weekend. Very good experience. I have a family doctor too but my son was very sick with runny nose and cough so Friday evening we took him to walk in. Doctor looked at my son in 15 minutes. Gave antibiotic. But it was bit bitter, my son was not taking it, we went next day again and another doctor was more than happy to change the antibiotic to a sweet flavored one after a second check up. We again got in just in 10 minutes. I had horrible experience at the Emergency of Brantford General, they wont look at you even after 4 or 5 hours unless they feel its life threatening. You feel more sick and emotional waiting there.(Its not totally their fault, until recently we didnt have walk-in clinics in Brantford, so there were too many waiting at the Brantford General and they have to prioritize) This West Brant walk-in is a ray of great hope for people like me with little kids who get sick often. They are open everyday. Pharmacy in that location is good too, they are polite and they said they were giving me couple of dollars discount. My only fear is this place gets too crowded due to all the good reviews and we have to wait for hours in line!!. Thanks to the team of doctors.

Such a great place! The ladies at the desk are super nice! I switched over to Dr. Salman here and discovered that he is a very efficient and knowledgeable doctor. It's a very clean environment and overall a very trusting clinic. There is never a wait time unless you go during busy hours but even then, you'll wait about 10 minutes and the doctors will always pay close attention to your concerns and never rush you out. But, they never answer the god damn phone! I understand they're super busy so you usually have to go in if you want to book an appointment for a future date which really isn't a big inconvenience. This place is truly great and I'm very particular in which clinic/doctors I can trust!!
