We went there for a friend's birthday. I had requested to substitute quinoa in place of rice for a salad. I was advised that Yes, they could but for a charge. This salad was already 20 dollars. With people trying to eat healthy, and make good decisions this left a poor taste in my mouth. There was no alternatives , and I ended up having a different salad. In the name of customer service, perhaps a look at how they could assist someone. The food was good, however I would not recommend this location.

Amazing!! Steak was tender, flavourful. Best steak I've had in years.

Food tastes amazing!! Was super excited when we went here for a date however our first and last experience we got food poisoning and it put us in the hospital. It was a disappointment as we did love the food much more than your typical Earls/Joeys. We called management and they didn't really bother to offer anything except mention they would follow up which we never got. Owning a company, making sure customers feel taken care of is a priority. This happened a year ago but to this day mention this experience to everybody we know! Always want to go to other Cactus clubs but this one has turned us away from the brand.

Awesome happy hour deal, they have a small menu on which everything is 3 dollars. Includes fish tacos, mini chicken burgers, truffle fries (yum!) on the food side and a selection of drinks as well including a red and white wine, Bellinis and some half decent beer.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was in with my boss who is a pretty demanding customer and our waitress handled him like a pro.
They have a lounge as well as a dining room. I prefer the dining room as the music in the lounge area is too loud for my ears and for doing business. The booths in the dining room have tall backs and help to muffle the screams of any stupid children that may be in the establishment.
I quite enjoy coming here for happy hour and I will definitely be back!

We had a lovely afternoon and dinner on the patio. It was warm, and the rinks during happy hour were reasonably priced. I'm a sucker for belini's and the beer was pretty good too. We had the mushroom steak which was delicious. Made a tad rare but there were multiple offers to get us a new steak. It was equally delicious. I had the jambalaya which was nice considering I'm usually skeptical of that type of thing from a more traditional chain. Either way I had a great afternoon. The staff were all lovely too
