I am transitioning male 2 female. I was really nervous about going to woman's clothing stores. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and amazing customer service. It's my go to store when looking for shoes. They also have pretty good prices for decent items.

Had an awesome experience today after an issue with a pair of jeans I'd bought a couple of weeks ago. Michelle (the manager) was super accommodating and helpful!

Generally have a good selection of sizes and styles. Overall I find the quality to be on-par with H&M but the prices of Holt Renfrew. Very rarely will you find a shirt for less than $99. It's very annoying because I've had pieces fall apart after a few washes.
I think the styles are cute, but I definitely second guess buying anything from here or getting attached to any of the pieces I own from here.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. As for the selection of clothing, it remains very limited. The only dress slacks that fit properly are the stretchy pants, and the blouse styles are usually very frumpy, and each style available in several colors. Swim suits are all one piece, and continue to be dark blue or black. Who the heck wants to lay in the hot sun on a beach in a dark blue or black one piece suit.
