Prices may look a little hard to swallow but considering my last pair lasted three and a half years they're well worth it. Plus the lifetime guarantee is pretty rad.

This is definitely the best place to go if you want to buy good quality safety footwear. They give you a personalized service and foot measurement. The nice thing is that it is not a corporate store just pushing their own brand... Instead they carry the best styles from several top brands. They also sell Carhartt workwear and give you a 20%discount

i bought a pair of $450.00 boots an countless of other items from this store. an the costumer service on boot repair i find is horrible.... i have brought my boots in for shoe goo an they never called back when they where done... i had to wait 2 weeks plus countless times i called.... i had to get my souls in the boots resowed and again no call when they where done..... an just now i brought them in for repair again because the rivets in the toe cap came out he said it would be a day an now im going on 3 days no call back an when i call they dont know when they will get them in is what they say....im starting to get really upset i spent well over 1500 dollars in this store an they offer repairs on red wings but dont do it in a timely matter like i dont need to work in them or something... and this is all with in the 1st year of owning them . id suggest trying the other red wings store or just buy cheaper boots nothing but head aches going here

Best place for work boots. Guy operating the store is super friendly and has a great sense of humour. He is very qualified in his line of work and is the fastest place to get quality well fitting work boots that are super tough. He is able to find you a pair of boots that you will be amazed by how well they fit and how comfortable they are while being tough to withstand any line of work. The only place I go for work boots. Highly recommend this place.

I'm onto my fourth pair of Redwings and love them. But reddhart Ordered the wrong size boots, never even asked me one question about my boots to get the right pair for the job. for spending $400 on one pair of boots, I'd expect better service.
