This is nice spot to go for all your screen printing needs! Good price to get anything put on a t-shirt. Very friendly staff and the story is full of neat (and often humorous) things to check out.

I have been to the Rocket a few times now and every time has been much of the same customer service. The employees could care less about you when you walk in, if you ask them a question they will roll their eyes at you and then respond in the most condescending voice possible. The quality of the t-shirts is pretty horrible its basically a fruit of the loom undershirt for 30$. If you really have to have a t-shirt made it's 2017 their are dozens of online sites that will do it for better quality and cheaper too.

Perhaps the very WORST customer service and end quality I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Disinterested, unhelpful, leaving clientele waiting unnecessarily. One of the girls ate [disgustingly] while customers waited to be served. Upon receipt of horrible quality tshirt, the employee [whom I believe is management?] didn't want to even discuss it, turning her back to me and walking away upon complaint. To note, I had co-workers with me both when dropping off file and picking up who witnessed the poor service. Neither they nor I will EVER use Bang-On 17h again.

Never have I ever witnessed such poor customer service. The staff was incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. After being sent from location to location we experienced nothing but staff that didn't want to help us. I highly recommend never using this place. I would rather make my own shirts then use them again !!
