This is my family's favourite thrift store. Friendly staff, great selection and excellent deals. There's a reason it can survive even though it's across the street from a value village

Since this one has very high review I decided to go there and have a look with a friend. VERY disappointed. After the visit I suspect the store did the good reviews itself. Prices are about $9.50 for a t-shirt. $4.5 for an small piece of used baby blanket. Not categorized by sizes - they decide to group clothing by colours so if you need to check a certain size - have some patience and good luck with that. Barely saw other customers. I wonder why they decide to price everything so high since they are charity (are they?).
Children's clothing and toys are Much More expensive than value village. I don't know what they were thinking but it looks like this one is designed for those who are willing to pay very high prices for used goods.

A great store! Super organized with lots of little treasures to be found. Lots of toys, clothing, books and household items.

amazing, diverse, funky thrift store that won my heart! I visited here when my mom was in town this spring and we both felt like we were in a trendy boutique versus a thrift store. Everywhere you look, there are hidden treasures to see. Both my mom and I found a few treasures each to buy and had a wonderful experience in the process. Nothing like it in Calgary. Well done Urban Thrift! 💞
