Christopher gave us an absolutely wonderful presentation about motivation, focus, and entrepreneurship. Our group of Professional Organizers had asked him to speak to us about staying positive in the face of challenges and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much Christopher! What can I say about Change My Life Coaching to do them justice? Christopher Lawrence is what everyone should look for in a coach. He is very well-educated on formal coaching techniques but adds real-life experience and anecdotes when it comes to coaching. Everything Christopher suggests or gives for homework he has either done or would do himself. His nurturing way helps clients to get out of their comfort zone, in a comfortable way!
I cannot thank Christopher and Change My Life Coaching enough for all of their support and invaluable life-tools that I have been taught!

My session with Christopher was enjoyable & I sense his passion for what he does. He comes across as very genuine & caring. His suggestions were helpful..a couple areas I can definitely work on but also reinforced the strengths I already have so I came away feeling more confident in my abilities than I realized.
