Went in for initial vasectomy consult appointment. I felt they were mainly concerned about getting paid their $150 fee. Looked a little deeper, and there was one too many negative reviews for my comfort. Went elsewhere.

After reading some of these reviews we were a bit concerned to bring our son here. However, the entire staff was amazing. The process was very quick and professional. We have had no issue due to the circumcision.
As a parent there is a lot of involvement in the healing process and making sure you do everything correctly, which has nothing to do with the Dr. so be prepared.
As a side note, we recently we were a bit concerned about something and brought him back to have it looked at.
Dr. Crouse had no problem looking at our concern and corrected the issue (not a problem of the circumcision) and indicated that if we had the same issue again to bring him back.

Unfortunately 5 years ago Dr.Crouse did a lousy job on our sons circumsicion. We went for a follow up appt because I was concerned a couple weeks after he was born and they told me not to worry about the extra skin that he would grow into it as he grew bigger. Sure enough about a year ago I realized that in fact he wasn't going to "grow into it" it wasn't done correctly. We followed up with our family doctor who referred us to the Urology clinic at Children's Hospital, they agreed there was far too much skin left and fused to him. He just underwent surgery for a revision at children's and I hate seeing him in SO much pain and discomfort all because it wasn't done correctly by Dr.Crouse the first time. We took our second boy somewhere else and they did an amazing job.
I would highly reccomend finding a different doctor to perform your sons circumsicion or you may end up in the same situation as we are and it sucks. I'm very disappointed to say the least and no ownership was taken either after his mistake.

Easy to arrange the initial consultation. Procedure took less than 10 minutes and was performed painlessly and professionally in a clean environment. Have not experienced any discomfort. I am pleased with my experience and results. Would certainly recommend this process.

Well that was quick and painless. I thought they were exaggerating what the experience would be. I'm relieved to say that the procedure was absolutely painless,and I am sitting in the waiting room 10 minutes after my appointment time waiting to go home. Wow
