I've seen four different doctors here due to their extremely high staff turnaround so it is impossible to have a "family doctor" while being a patient at this clinic. Organization is non-existent. All three referrals that I've had sent off by the staff were never actually sent. This wasted months of my time and the staff were less than apologetic all three times. There have been several instances where I have overheard the front staff making rude remarks while speaking to patients, which horrifies me as a fellow medical professional. This is absolutely not the clinic for a patient of whom is looking for consistency and personalized care. The only positive experiences I've had at this clinic are with the pharmacists at the in-office pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great clinic, the on-site pharmacy is staffed by well-trained pharmacists, the two doctors I've had in one year (Dr. Train went back to University) have both been amazing, and the reception staff are always welcoming and professional.
