The service here was absolutely horrendous. My girlfriend phoned in to book an appointment and was told that they were very busy and had to book two weeks in advanced. We booked a couple consultation and were only asked for my girlfriends information, saying that they did not need my information until we came in. The day before our appointment we received a phone call asking us to reschedule for a week later on account of their only nurse was sick. The day before our rescheduled appointment we received yet another phone call asking us to reschedule, this time because the doctor would not be in on the day were getting our shots. (You need a doctor in the office when you are getting your shots for yellow fever). Following the very poor directions we became lost trying to the the office. We called the office twice trying to ask for directions and to inform them that we were running a little behind. Both times greeted with a voice mail recording stating that they were busy at the moment and if we left a message that they would get back to us within the next two hours. When we finally arrived the office was deserted and the two receptionists were joking around fumbling with a water cooler bottle. When the receptionist finally sat down to help us she said that they only had record of my girlfriends appointment and that there was no indication that I also was booked in on the same appointment. When we commented that we were never asked for my information she quickly blamed one of her co-workers even though we recognized her voice from over the phone when we booked the appointment. Her response was that because we were fifteen minutes late that we would have to rebook again because they could not accommodate for the extra person.

I went back for a 2nd appointment (it took a whole 2 minutes) and I was charged a recall fee. This fee was not discusses with me. Possible scam. My initial visit was with my spouse. When I called to book our 2nd appointment, we were not allowed to book together. No reason was given. In our first visit we had agreed not to do the rapid dosing, then on my 2nd appointment I was being pushed to do the (more expensive) rapid dosing. *sigh*
Make sure to book in advance, as this place fills up fast...maybe because they don't like to treat couples, so they can charge their hidden fees as many times as possible. Also, they can't seem to hire a reliable receptionist.
