The website said you open at 9am... just went there and the door said 12pm ??? Guess ill wait in the starbucks across the street for 3hours 😧

so after i waited for 3 hours to be seen by a dr i was told they dont accept walk ins and i needed a referral... wtf

This community health Centre has been the biggest help during the last 7 years and not just for myself. I see a doctor here so do my two sons, my husband, brother in law and mum and we couldn't ask for better care. They listen to your needs and try to work with you for the best possible care. I've been in and out of hospital for 12 years, the care I receive at the alex is by far the best.

Great people, absolutely non-judgmental, fantastic at communicating information. No question too big or small. The complete opposite of most walk-in clinics! I cannot say enough about the wonderful care they are providing my transgender foster son!

Probably the best doctors office I have been too. Never had an issue here, they always accommodate to each of their patients, and call you the day before your appointment. They do yes open up at 9:00 a.m and they close down at 12:00 pm-1:00 pm everyone needs to eat! If you went there and it was "closed" you went to the youth centre which is right down the road.
