I had a bad experience with the staff there. It was difficult to get a call returned when I was renewing my policy. The representative did not process the cancellation form and the payment went through my account causing NSF fees. I got a quote from Westland Insurance which was cheaper and their service was impeccable. I definitely would not recommend this business.

Great client service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Brent helped set up an emergency quote for me last second. Called and was set up in 10 minutes. 10/10, would call again.

Just Arrived from BC about 3 weeks in Calgary, no appointment just wondered in after seeing the good reviews on this place. I came in on a Monday because I needed a car insured and registered for work for Wednesday of the same week....crunch time. Talked to Brent LaRiviere, he said no problem lets see what we can do, showed me 3 options to choose from and I was done and insured after 20 min of talking with him. No point looking around if you need something done professionally go here.

This is by far the best insurance company i have dealt with, my broker's name ( Best broker in the CITY) is Brent Lariviere and honestly Brent is the man, he helped me a lot not only with my insurance policy but even understanding how everything works, he is very good at what he does, good attitude, respectful and he works very quick. I would highly recommend anyone to him no question about it. His work ethics is clean AF!
