Terrible service, communication and excuses - don't even deserve the star. Luckily I only got to quoting stage and never took a policy.

Possibly the worst Insurance company I have ever dealt with. Submitted my claim in August and am still waiting for settlement. Te only way to get a response from our adjuster is to ask for her superiors number. At the point now that I will not talk to them on the phone and will only correspond through email so that I can keep track of what is said. You only get a star because I could not post without giving you one.
