We recently had our insurance moved to Jeff Cooke's office from another office where the agent retired. We appreciate the service we received when we stopped by Jeff's office. We recommend this insurance office to anyone who is looking for house and vehicle insurance.

(Edit: received a call from them today and got everything cleared up) Just got switched over to this branch because my last agent (the amazing Chris law) retired. Now I'm being told I have to pay over $100 more a month for the exact same policy I've had with Chris law for the last 5 years. When I told them I was going to shop around for better insurance the person I spoke with on the phone was disinterested in keeping my business. If you can help it avoid this agency.

Called and was treated very nicely by a man named kevin. He took his time and went over everything I needed to know and more. He exceeded my expectations, and i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good rates and good customer service!

I have been with Jeff for over 25 years. I have never had any problems with any of my insurance needs. The staff is very friendly and has no problem answering any of my question that i have.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff Cooke to anyone.
