VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. Unorganized, do not keep clients up to date on matter affecting their insurance. Unprofessional staff. Would give zero stars if possible. Nothing good to say about this company!

worst insurance ever! had a hit and run, got the plate number, police report, witness but the guy had no insurance so I had to pay deducible to fix my car after travelers lied to me for 9 months that they would fix it, even did what they said and had their estimates done. Biggest waste of my time.

From the beginning Travelers has been nothing but a headache.Thier insured rear ended my car. It has been four months and they are still withholding my money and car. They have been very stingy as far as a rental car. I have called and left numerous messages, which they never reply to. All in all Travelers Insurance is by far the worst insurance company i have ever had to deal with.
