I did my first barre class today and I loved it. It was hard work but also a lot of fun. The teacher, Lara, was an absolute sweetheart. The studio is gorgeous too.

This is easily my favourite studio in Calgary. I started going back in September, and was nervous as I had never tried barre before, but I had danced years ago and missed it terribly. The girls instantly made me feel at ease when I arrived for my first class. They are all so friendly and have such positive, beautiful energies that make you feel welcomed.
What I also love about this unique workout is that you feel like every little muscle in your body is working at once. I have been forever trying to strengthen my lower body and shape my butt and this is WORKING!

I have been going to Barre Belle pretty much since they opened in early 2016 and I absolutely love going!!! The studio is beautiful and all the ladies there are so welcoming and friendly. It is one of the best workouts I have ever done! It is such a great full body workout and you can really notice the changes in your body. The studio location is awesome and they offer so many class times so there is always a convenient time to go.

Barre Belle is amazing. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and welcoming and it does not feel like "Mean Girls" the way a lot of exercise studios do.
I have never been stronger than I am now after doing barre for a few months. Barre Belle classes are hard but fun and positive and they fly by. There's a variety of options for intensity and focus in the different classes and you can always make the workout as hard as easy as you need by modifying the exercises (which the instructors will help with).
The studio itself is lovely and kept clean and tidy. Classes seem expensive but are on par with other gyms and boutique fitness options in Calgary and are totally worth it, especially if you pick a membership option rather than single class passes. Very happy that such a great fitness community has developed in Mission and Barre Belle is an amazing part of it.
