The facility is pretty good; our kids used the climbing wall and it was great. However, it is not accessible with a stroller and we had to wait outside or leave the stroller unattended. There is ONE bathroom stall for women to use in the change rooms. Also, finding parking was horrible because everything is pay parking until 6pm (and nowhere near the front of the building - that is all no parking until after 6pm). Staff should know this and should schedule programs to start at 6:10 instead of 6pm!

Friendly staff, convenient downtown location, has a lot to offer with classes, gymnasium, climbing wall. Small pool which I prefer to large overcrowded pools.

Helpful, recieved a tour upon request. Smaller pool, very nice climbing wall with a great view outdoors. Overall nice facility and great location.

Some equipment is out dated and the gym is cramped up - the men's locker room is poorly designed and there is always heat blowing into the locker room which is uncomfortable before and after workouts. Pool is about 18.25 meters in length and good for a casual swim. The sauna is excellent!
The staff are great however! Always very insightful helpful and inspiring!

Don't swim here!
We were told the pool was closing to deal with "a problem" before the toddler's class. They then dragged out a couple of large chemical containers with corrosive symbols on them. They started dumping the containers into the pool without any protective equipment on.
From the employee's conversation it was clear that they couldn't get ahold of the on-call company who should be advising them. So one of the employees called another pool to asked for help. Someone at the other pool thought this might help with the problem they were having.
It should be obvious that you don't throw chemicals into a children's pool without knowing anything about the chemical or it's effects on the water. I would advise others to stay away from this facility.
