I love coming here to work my body, and my mind. I feel recharged after ever class. The instructors are all awesome and holistic they make each practice their own. Can't wait for my next class!!

It's okay they don't offer more than 1 fast paced class (bootcamp) what im use to at oxygen fitness.. and when they do it's at rush hour time.. actually disappointed.

Superb instructors and a schedule that offers tons of variety! Very friendly easy going atmosphere. A wonderful place to build your practice!
