The classes are amazing! I have mainly tried dancehall and hiphop and the instructors are amazing, awesome environment, everyone is friendly. You get a great workout by going to the classes, definitely worth it. Keep it up :)

What I love about Free Spirit Dance is it's all about community and providing a welcoming space for anyone to come and explore their inner dancer and maybe even find their true self. Between offering high-quality dance and fitness classes in a "no-judgement zone" at reasonable rates, there's something for everyone. A great place to learn, get funky and most importantly do your thang! I think the owner Theresa Tucci has created a very special place. Love my dancehall and house classes!!! If you've been putting off trying a dance class, this is the sign you've been waiting for.

Theresa was a great teacher and lots of fun. She came up with the perfect dance routine to our wedding song. Prepared us for any hiccups we may encounter on our big day and showed us tricks along the way.
