Yoga and beyond has a variety of fun and knowledgable teachers. The welcoming is always warm from other students and instructors. A beautiful space created unlike any other studio in Calgary with a variety of classes. Whether you are a fitness junky, a yogi, an aerial angel, or a spin rider, there is something for you. This has been my home for 3 years, the people and the space create a sanctuary for me!

I have been practicing at Yoga and Beyond for years and am thrilled to be part of that community. Ning is a very talented teacher and she has built an excellent team of instructors. There are classes available for every level, from beginner to advanced. Yoga has helped me to maintain a healthy body weight and high level of fitness. Thank you Ning!

I chose this studio because it's close to home and I thought the prices were reasonable - and I haven't been disappointed! So far the teachers have been great; the studio clean and welcoming; and the class times fit around my schedule with relative ease. I have no complaints!

I have been attending classes in Calgary with Ning, the owner of Yoga and Beyond, for nearly 10 years. I started taking classes with her in the basement of a building downtown when I was a summer student and have continued to follow her as she grew in students and studios. Ning is an excellent yoga teacher. She is challenging (which I appreciate) and an expert at what she does. I always learn something new at her classes because I know she is continually learning methods to teach better and practices perfection with her own poses. I have brought many friends and family members to her classes because I really do believe she is the best in Calgary!
