Yoga Santosha is a warm and welcoming place to improve one's yoga practice. The instructors are professional and easy to approach. They offer adjustments for all levels and make everyone feel welcome. There's also a wide variety of classes to choose from and at all times of the day (which is very convenient if you do not have conventional work hours). The studio seems to have a large group of regular practitioners; which is testament to its popularity and quality of service. I only just joined, but I know I'll be calling Yoga Santosha my yoga go-to place for the foreseeable future.

I like the atmosphere in the studio. Plenty of classes and times. Love the wall yoga! Clean studio.

Being that it was my first ashtanga class I found it to be a great experience. I will be going to more classes here it wasn't as difficult as I made it out to be in my head. The studio is clean and welcoming. Great group of people.

I've been to quite a few yoga studios in Calgary, and so far Yoga Santosha is my favorite! The quality of instruction from the teachers is unbeatable. You can tell this is not a job, but a lifestyle for the teachers here. The studios are clean, beautiful and spacious (as are the change rooms!) All the staff are friendly and the parking is accessible and affordable.
