My coat got stolen from the coatcheck. Received the worst customer service... Incompetent, immature, uneducated, irresponsible rude staff that never responded for what they are liable for. First and last time.

Went there during a Saturday night i love how there is 2 different sections with 2 completely different music and djs so smart

Been here a few times. You don't get any perks when booking your Birthday here expect an extended guestlist with no cover. Drink prices are pretty standard. However, I enjoyed myself here. Very classy look and great vibe.

Very misleading! On the radio there was a promotion for no cover before 9pm. On the standard website, stated no $10 cover before 9pm. However, when we arrived at 8:30pm they charged us $15 cover. The girls stated that "oh you get a free drink instead." So we went around asking about The free drink and no regular staff new about it..finally we found the event girl in charge of drink tickets and she gave us sass about not having the tickets available. Finally, we got the free ticket. Then we went to the bar and Bacardi was on special. So my husband ordered a spiced Bacardi. Then bartender was no no only three flavors on special. The bartender made our drinks while in the process she dumped over the Bacardi bottle twice on the floor and thought it was hilarious. We were not impressed. She appeared to be high on drugs or drunk So not inpressed with misleading advertisement.
