Showed up early liked they asked and filled out paperwork, and then sat for 12 minutes past my appointment when the owner saunters out and say it shouldn't be too much longer. At 18 minutes past my scheduled appointment I left telling the receptionis that this was totally unacceptable.

I first took my mom to the clinic in Spring 2016 for her knee pain. I have been going there as well since February for my sprained knee. As always, you will leave feeling that the Physiotherapist Mr. Ola listened and addressed your concerns.
The staffs are very friendly. This is one clinic where you feel very welcome. Neat and nice environment. Very good location. New equipments and really nice ones.

Prompt Physiotherapy is a relatively new clinic. The lead physio Ola is one of the most capable and communicative physio's I have met. He always took time to fully communicate what he was was doing. The clinic being small and new wasn't trying to multi task patients through it as per some larger clinics in town.
Pros - Lots of personal service and equipment is all new
Cons - May not have some of the more elaborate equipment a 'big' clinic has

Very good service and a very kind staff. It was a great experience and my leg healed in no time I would recommend this place to anyone.
