We love our new Clarity Hot Tub (by Master Spas). The price was right and Jacqueline was very knowledgeable about her products. Delivery and set-up was hassle free. We would recommend Empress Hot Tubs to our friends for their future hot tub purchases.

I purchased a Master Spas Legacy model from Empress hot tubs and I am very happy with the tub. It seems to be high quality and has worked perfectly since I got it. The jets are strong, the controls work well and are easy to use. It came with stairs, a cover and a starter chemical kit as was promised.
The only negative is the chemical kit is not explained at all when you receive it and if you are a hot tub novice like me you do not know at all what each chemical does and also I did not realize none of the chemicals contained chlorine or a sanitizing agent.
Overall, good buying experience though and if something goes wrong I will call them because they have several techs that will come out to fix the tub. They just need to offer more guidance on setting up your tub and a brief primer on the chemicals would go a long way!

I had no idea how to look after and maintain a hot tub. Thanks to Jacqueline at Empress Hot tubs not only do I know how to protect and look after my tub she also always hooks me up with a great deal on the chemicals and I really appreciate it. Excellent product & people. Support local business!

We had to trade-in our old hot-tub and purchase a new one urgently due to medical reasons, and we loved working with Jacqueline and her team. We got a great deal - much better that we had imagined, especially after comparing prices with other retailers in the Calgary area. Removal and installation was very fast, and even electrical installation and repairs were handled by Jacqueline's team. We needed this done ASAP, and were very impressed with how fast Jacqueline handled everything. We would recommend this business to everyone without hesitation.
