I have been to Newbury a couple times for varies treatments ( facials, waxing, pedicures), every time I have had amazing experiences. The staff are always courteous, polite and personable. The owners are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure every little detail of your appointment is looked after and perfect. The facials in particular are amazing. I have had two different girls ( Casera and Shayna) and each time my experience was wonderful, relaxing and very enlightening. Would recommend this spa 10/10.

It's was the best prenatal massage I've had!! Very relaxing place with excellent service! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time!!

UPDATE - The manager has since contacted me and stated that her staff never notified her of this situation. She was very apologetic and wanted to make this situation right. She was very interested to get to know all the details so that she could discuss this issue with her staff and continue to run a positive business. The services I receive at Newbury have always been great. I am hopeful that the customer service will improve with staff training.

I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I have attempted multiple times to retrieve the shoes that I left at the spa each time the worker said they would call me back as soon as they talk to their manager. Each time I have had to call back. At first they were supposedly in the basement, the next time they were at the bosses house and now they cannot be found at all! I am extremely disappointed that I am now out of a $70 pair of work shoes and your team has done nothing about it and seem to not care at all. I will not be recommending this spa to anyone else as I expect much better customer service.

Got my first ever pedicure here today. I'm normally a manicure girl because my feet are my biggest insecurity. But I felt very comfortable and relaxed for the whole thing. Didn't get the name of the lady who did mine, but she was very gentle and professional. Very clean, quiet and beautifully designed. Will definitely be coming back and recommending Newbury to friends!

I got a wax by Christine B and I was overly pleased. It was fast, comfortable and sanitary.
